NAME OF PRESENTER/ORGANIZATION: Science Olympiad Team Parent Volunteers

PURPOSE/GENERAL TOPIC: The purpose is to provide Science Olympiad interested students the opportunity to receive parent-related support in the areas of technical and strategic presentations, guidance, lessons, engineering support, tutoring, rule compliance and general event preparation support for students attending the Science Olympiad Club meetings to facilitate the team's success in future competition(s). INTENDED STUDENT AUDIENCE: Students attending the Science Olympiad meetings

EVENT DATE(s): After-school team meetings - typically Tuesdays from 2:30 to 3:15 pm (on regular bell schedule days).

Name of presenter/organization: BVMS Whole School Assembly with Kim Karr with Digital for Good/#icanhelp

Purpose: Educate and empower students and educators to promote safe use of technology, make a positive impact within communities, and help them to become inspirational digital citizens to prevent cyberbullying and other types of online negativity.
